Gather Information
Collect all relevant information about the suspicious activity, including:
- Customer details and identification

- Dates and times of suspicious activity
- Any supporting documentation

Complete SAR Form
Use the NCA's SAR Online system to complete the report. Include:
- Subject details (individuals and/or companies)
- Type of suspicious activity
- Value of transactions
- Supporting evidence

Submit Report
Submit the SAR through the NCA's SAR Online system. You will receive:
- Confirmation of submission
- SAR reference number
- Consent request reference (if applicable)
