When the sale is ready, your team chooses what to include in the PDF: KYC blocks, payments, bank history, diligence, audit slice, and more. Generation assembles the same work already in the workspace, no re-keying for the regulator pack.
Report sections you can include
Ledger of the client's linked bank accounts and transaction history collected in Proofenance.
Identity check outputs plus any documents and uploads attached to verification (e.g. ID images, PDFs).
Know-your-customer section: how identity was verified and related compliance context.
Payment sessions and amounts recorded for this sale (cards, bank transfer, etc.).
Counterparty profile: people and organisations linked to the purchase and their recorded details.
Structured due diligence questionnaires and answers completed for this sale.
Timestamped audit trail of important actions taken on this purchase.
Purchase approval decisions and who approved or rejected the sale.
Encrypts the generated PDF with a password. Embedded uploads are not merged into password-protected exports.
Storage of reports
Generated ProofMarked Reports stay with the purchase. They are protected, access-controlled, and subject to the same retention and lifecycle rules as the rest of your sale data.
