Intelligence on a sale
Intelligence organises material already collected for a sale, including Customer Due Diligence, bank history, screening data, and attached correspondence. It presents findings prepared for review on a sale file and recorded in the ProofMarked Report.

Intelligent Reporting
When a ProofMarked Report is generated, Intelligence-assisted material from a sale file can be included in the export. Each capability below feeds structured findings into the report.

Diligence prepared from existing materials
Correspondence, prior assessments, and counterparty details on the purchase are used to prepare draft CDD and EDD responses.

Screening matches with context
Watchlist and adverse media matches are assessed for relevance to the buyer, seller, or related parties on a sale, with citations included.

Ownership and control mapped
Directors, PSCs, and ownership links are assembled from Companies House and uploaded documents.

Source of funds summarised
Open Banking history is analysed for patterns consistent with declared wealth, with transaction references alongside the statement data.

Patterns across purchases
The current sale can be compared with purchase history to surface possible linking indicators.

Consolidated sale read
Identity, bank, diligence, media, and payment material can be brought together in a structured assessment for review.
